Technical Project Manager

Overview

 

We are looking for an experienced technical project manager to lead complex international projects in hardware and software engineering for isolator systems, ensuring customer requirements are met in compliance with GMP standards. This role combines leadership, coordination, and budget responsibility in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Global responsibility for multiple concurrent customer-specific isolator projects
  • Lead, coordinate, motivate, and manage a multidisciplinary project team
  • Ensure effective communication and overall project coordination among all internal and external project stakeholders
  • Prepare and monitor cost and schedule forecasts throughout all project phases and, where necessary, initiate and communicate appropriate measures
  • Prepare and lead customer and partner meetings, both internally and externally (worldwide)
  • Regularly evaluate project status and report to management
  • Monitor the implementation of customer and regulatory requirements (GMP – Good Manufacturing Practice and MRL – Machinery Directive)
  • Provide sales support for customer inquiries, including developing technical solutions for SKAN equipment
  • Prepare cost calculations and quotations / serve as the interface to Sales Engineering

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Several years of experience in project management (at least 3–5 years)
  • Experience leading project teams in an international environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
  • University / University of Applied Sciences / Higher Technical College degree
  • Fluent in English; German is an advantage
