Overview
As a Strategic Product Manager for decontamination systems for aseptic pharmaceutical isolators at SKAN AG, you are responsible for the long-term strategy, development, and market introduction of these future-oriented solutions, which are applied across various products of the company.
Responsibilities
- Strategic product management for hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) decontamination systems in the pharmaceutical industry
- Presentations at conferences, publications, trade fairs, and analysis of customer feedback
- Product leadership, development of new business models, and continuous optimization of existing products, processes, and qualifications
- Oversight of the entire product lifecycle as well as market and competitive analyses
Hardskills
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with microbiology, process development, decontamination methods, and qualification
- Ideally, experience in cycle development with VHP, etc., as well as in product management or sales
- Completed technical university degree, e.g. in pharmaceutical engineering, microbiology, or a comparable qualification
- Business-fluent English skills; fluent German is an advantage

- Communicative and customer-oriented personality with strong networking skills and a high level of assertiveness
- Analytical and logical mindset with high sensitivity to market and customer needs
