As a recruiter at SKAN, you are right in the middle of the action! You will be responsible for recruitment in various specialist areas and ensure that we attract the right talent, not only professionally but also personally. At the same time, you attach great importance to a first-class candidate experience and actively promote employer branding.

Responsibilities

 

  • You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process and work closely with the line managers.

  • From job advertisements to applicant selection and interviews - you will keep an eye on everything.

  • You use creative concepts and strategies to drive recruitment forward and continuously develop the area.

  • A first-class candidate experience is important to you - you ensure that applicants feel welcome and valued by us.

  • You make our employer branding visible, actively drive it forward and represent SKAN at events.

  • You will also work closely with external partners and maintain valuable networking opportunities.

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Completed training with further training in the field of recruitment/employer branding or corresponding professional experience in in-house recruiting
  • Several years of experience in end-to-end recruiting
  • Confident handling of ATS (SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage) and other tools such as MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
