Overview

 

As Senior Product Manager, you take on strategic and operational responsibility for solutions in the field of aseptic processes, from market and customer analysis through product strategy and roadmap to the implementation of new developments. You oversee the entire product lifecycle, work closely with customers, sales, engineering and service, and keep an eye on market trends, competitors and regulatory developments such as GMP and Annex 1. With solid experience in the aseptic filling of sterile pharmaceuticals, an entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills, you actively help shape the future of pharmaceutical cleanroom technology in an internationally growing market.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Strategic and operational product management for solutions in the field of aseptic processes
  • Development and implementation of product strategies, including business cases and product roadmaps
  • Analysis of market and customer requirements and derivation of product improvements
  • Close collaboration with customers, sales, engineering and service
  • Creating and prioritizing requirement specifications for new developments and product optimizations
  • Responsibility for the entire product lifecycle
  • Monitoring market trends, competitors and regulatory developments (GMP, Annex 1)

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Degree in engineering, pharmaceutical technology or a comparable qualification, ideally complemented by further training in business development
  • Several years of professional experience in product management, business development, sales or engineering of machinery and equipment
  • Solid practical experience with aseptic filling systems in the pharmaceutical industry
  • In depth process understanding of the aseptic filling of sterile pharmaceuticals and its regulatory requirements
  • Proven experience in customer consulting and technical sales of complex capital goods
  • Fluent in German and English
