Overview
For our ICT Engineering & Operations Team, we are looking for an experienced Senior ICT System Engineer / Technical Project Lead with in-depth expertise in Microsoft-based hybrid cloud infrastructures. In this role, you will actively contribute to the further development of our ICT landscape and take technical responsibility for challenging infrastructure and cloud projects. You will connect on-premises systems with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 and drive topics such as cloud integration, Identity & Access Management, security, standardization, and automation. You will combine strong technical engineering expertise with project responsibility.
Responsibilities

Lead and technically coordinate ICT infrastructure and hybrid cloud projects from planning through implementation

Design, operate, and further develop our hybrid Microsoft infrastructure, including on-premises systems, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365

Administer and further develop Microsoft Entra ID, Identity & Access Management (IAM), as well as PKI and certificate services, including MFA, Conditional Access, role and authorization concepts, and certificate lifecycle management

Further develop and modernize central Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud services, including the gradual migration to hybrid and cloud-based architectures

Integrate remote locations into a standardized, secure, and scalable ICT infrastructure

Contribute to the design and further development of security, governance, backup, recovery, and data concepts

Standardize and automate operational and administrative processes, particularly using PowerShell

Ensure stable, secure, and high-performing operations and support troubleshooting, root cause analyses, and complex 2nd- and 3rd-level issues

Create technical documentation and collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers
Hardskills
-
Degree in Computer Science, higher professional qualification, or a comparable qualification

At least 5 years of professional experience in ICT infrastructure, ideally including experience in technical project management

In-depth experience with Microsoft-based hybrid cloud infrastructures

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID

Experience with Identity & Access Management, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, and hybrid identity scenarios

In-depth experience with Microsoft PKI / Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS), certificate management, and certificate lifecycle management

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy (GPO)

Experience in integrating and modernizing on-premises and cloud infrastructures

Experience with cloud migration projects and the automation of operational and administrative tasks

In-depth knowledge of ITIL and practical experience with IT service management processes, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management, is required
