Overview

 

To strengthen our Sales Administration team, we are looking for a reliable and motivated individual who enjoys working in an international environment and supporting our globally operating sales teams from the back office.
You will be primarily responsible for order processing and will work closely with the responsible sales representatives to ensure a smooth handover of projects to the implementing departments. You will lead the project handover meetings yourself and manage all key interface topics related to this process.

Responsibilities

 

  • Reviewing orders, creating order confirmations, and ensuring flawless handover to the organization
  • Maintaining customer and project data in the CRM system
  • Coordinating customer questionnaires (Supplier Assessment)
  • Various administrative tasks for the sales teams (organizing meetings, creating reports, email correspondence, contract filing, etc.)
  • Updating sales documents
  • Supporting the sales team with calculations and the preparation of offers

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Administration, Accounting, or similar
  • Professional experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in using standard MS Office programs
  • Experience with SAP C4C CRM system is an advantage
  • Good command of German and English is required
