Overview

 

We are a company that offers customized and standardized products. Today, we develop all our customer projects with an engineer-to-order (ETO) process. In order to be able to handle some of our products with an automated configure-to-order (CTO) process, we are building up a data-integrated process and tool landscape. We are looking for an experienced project manager for the entire process, from sales and project engineering to the finished bill of materials and project documentation, who will define and implement the processes and tools with all the necessary stakeholders.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Management and control of complex projects to establish a consistent process & tool landscape that enables automated project execution
  • Project reporting to the Management Board
  • Coordinating interfaces and clarifying requirements between departments and individual projects

  • Ensuring compliance with project goals, costs, quality and deadlines

  • Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams

  • Stakeholder management, change management, setting up the project organization and avoiding scope creep

  • Methodological specifications and support for process owners in defining processes, system architecture and creating specifications for the various software integrations in the system landscape

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Many years of experience as (overall) project manager or program manager
  • Experience in setting up PLM & DMS landscapes with configuration function
  • Very good E2E process experience in mechanical or plant engineering in larger companies
  • Business fluent in English and German
  • Willingness to travel to our subsidiaries (approx. 20%)
