Overview
We are looking for an experienced technical project manager to lead complex international projects in hardware and software engineering for isolator systems, ensuring customer requirements are met in compliance with GMP standards. This role combines leadership, coordination, and budget responsibility in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects in hardware and software engineering for existing isolator systems worldwide
- Manage project teams within a matrix organization
- Clarify customer specifications during the quotation phase
- Implement customer requirements in compliance with GMP regulations
- Lead project meetings with customers and internal teams
- Monitor and support implementation phases, ensuring project timelines and objectives are met
- Track project progress, identify risks and obstacles, and define appropriate corrective actions
- Take full budget responsibility for assigned projects
Hardskills
- Degree in engineering (FH/Bachelor) in mechanical engineering, food technology, pharmaceutical engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in a technical environment, ideally within pharmaceutical engineering
- Proven experience in project management, including planning and execution (on time and within budget)
- Experience leading project teams in an international environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in German and English
