As part of our HR team at SKAN, you will take on an exciting role in which you will not only design and coordinate HR projects, but also act as a driving force for innovation and further development. You will bring a breath of fresh air and strategic vision to our internal processes and play a key role in supporting the further development of our HR landscape.
Responsibilities

Design, coordination and implementation of innovative projects in the areas of HR, reception and the internal SKAN Academy

Introducing digital tools and solutions for process optimization to make our processes future-oriented and efficient

Planning and implementation of strategic initiatives in close cooperation with our CHRO, where you can contribute your organizational skills in a targeted manner

Project management with a focus on time and budget compliance - you will maintain an overview thanks to targeted project plans, regular status reports and detailed documentation

Support the rollout of HR processes in our subsidiaries, working closely with local HR and IT teams to ensure a smooth implementation

Proactively identify optimization potentials to promote the continuous development of our HR processes
Hardskills
-
Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) in the field of business administration, computer science or corresponding professional experience

Preferably several years of experience in the area of HR
-
IT-savvy and experience in project management methods as well as in the creation of project plans, timelines and budget control

Sound knowledge of HR software (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) and digital project management tools
-
Experience in the introduction and optimization of digital processes to make HR processes more efficient and future-proof

Good knowledge of German and English
