Overview


Due to our continuous growth at SKAN, we are looking for an experienced Process Specialist Export to support our export department. In this temporary six-month position, you will assist us in documenting, optimizing, and increasing the transparency of existing export processes.



Responsibilities


•    Analyze and document existing processes
•    Define and model missing export processes up to the testing phase, with a focus on compliance with legal regulations and customs requirements
•    Coordinate and promote close collaboration with internal interfaces to create sustainable change processes
•    Ensure process harmonization and efficiency improvements in collaboration with internal interfaces
•    Create, manage and control the required guidelines and process documentation
•    Develop and implement standards and best practices
•    Train and raise awareness among employees in the area of Freight & Trade Compliance regarding the new processes
•    Serve as the internal point of contact for process-related questions

 

Hardskills


•    Commercial training background with export experience in an industrial environment
•    Several years of professional experience in process management
•    Proficient in MS Office applications and ERP systems (preferably SAP / AEB); experience with ConSense is an advantage
•    Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
