Overview

 

We are looking for an experienced process specialist with knowledge of the GxP pharma environment to set up the new ‘Aseptic Manufacturing Services’ business unit. This role is responsible for the development and operation of all production activities and processes, including in the Cell & Gene area. You can expect a dynamic and committed team and this role is an important factor for the realisation of our project and area.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Operational management and execution of all production activities (n particular Cell&Gene processes, batch preparation, filling, in-process controls and documentation) in compliance with the applicable guidelines regarding quality and safety
  • Carrying out a visual inspection of the manufactured units
  • Cleaning and disinfection of the corresponding production rooms and facilities
  • Co-designing, checking and optimising production documentation in the MES system
  • Support in qualification activities and project implementations
  • Support and implementation of deviations and corrective actions
  • Continuous improvement of production processes

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Completed training as a pharmaceutical technician, pharmaceutical technologist, chemical technician or higher technical training (Bachelor) in the field of pharmaceutical technology, biology, chemistry
  • Experience in a GMP environment (ideally in Cell & Gene, sterile production or visual inspection)
  • Solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • MES knowledge 
  • Business fluent in German, knowledge of English is an advantage
