Overview
We are looking for an experienced plant engineer with knowledge of the GxP pharmaceutical environment to help set up the new Aseptic Manufacturing Services business unit. This role is responsible for technical implementation and ensuring the maintenance and technical availability of production and infrastructure facilities. You can expect a dynamic and committed team, and this role is an important factor in the realisation of our project and division.
Responsibilities
- Establishment of new processes and equipment in the area of sterile production manufacturing and its infrastructure (HVAC and clean utility)
- Responsible for the technical availability of the systems in accordance with applicable regulations (cGMP, safety), including spare parts management
- Management and implementation of projects for new plants and optimisations, including cost estimation and schedule control
- Ensuring and taking responsibility for the performance of maintenance in compliance with cGMP and safety aspects
- Support during inspections by authorities
- Continuous improvement of plant availability, including updating and reviewing plant documentation
- Processing change requests and deviation reports
Hardskills
- University or technical college degree in engineering (mechanical engineering, automation, chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical engineering, technical computer science)
- Experience in a GMP environment (ideally in sterile production or the operation of HVAC and clean utility systems)
- Experience in project management and implementation of new equipment/processes
- Solid knowledge of maintenance tools (CMMS) and MS Office
- Business fluent German and Englishess
