Overview

 

The SKAN laboratory specializes in the production and testing of bioindicators and is an important partner for questions relating to microbiological qualification procedures. As part of the administrative team, you will actively support our customers in all their concerns and act as a hub between the various areas in the laboratory and throughout the company. As a communicative and organized team player, you can expect an exciting and varied role with us. 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Processing customer enquiries

  • Preparation of quotations, order processing and invoicing

  • Processing and coordinating sales in close contact with customers around the world

  • Interface between different departments at SKAN and within the SKAN laboratory

  • Assisting with stock management for the entire laboratory

 

Hardskills

 

  •  Commercial training preferably with experience in the pharmaceutical sector

  • Confident handling of emails, office tools and CRM/ERP systems such as SAP

  • Proven experience in ERP-based goods distribution

  • Advanced understanding of warehouse management (goods movement)

  • Advanced knowledge of shipping activities including Incoterms 

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken), other languages are an advantage
