Overview

 

The SKAN laboratory specialises in the production and testing of bioindicators and is an important partner for questions relating to microbiological qualification procedures. As part of the quality control and qualification team, you and your team colleagues will be responsible for the quality control of our bioindicators as well as the maintenance and qualification of our equipment. This position is being recruited as part of a maternity leave replacement and is currently limited to one year and three months.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Execution of microbiological quality controls

  • Execution of various device qualifications

  • Supplier and raw material management

  • Working with bacterial cultures (BSL-1)

  • Documentation of results in accordance with ISO and GMP guidelines

  • Supporting the organisation of the laboratory and ensuring GMP-compliant workflows

 

Hardskills

 

  • Completed laboratory degree/education in chemistry, biology or medicine, preferably with experience in the field of microbiology

  • Work experience in the field of quality control is also desirable

  • Basic knowledge of GMP is a plus, but not mandatory

  • Very good knowledge of German and/or English is required
