Overview
Would you like to gain practical experience in Human Resources and delve deeper into the world of HR? During your six-month internship in HR with us, you will gain exciting insights into all facets of HR management and have the opportunity to actively participate in processes and projects. Together with our experienced HR team, you will work on a variety of tasks and have the chance to develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities

Taking on administrative tasks and data maintenance to support the HR team in day-to-day business

Supporting the preparation of entry and exit processes

Assisting with the planning and implementation of onboarding processes for new employees

Creating and maintaining HR documents, including employment contracts and references

Independently taking on smaller projects in the HR admin area with room for your own ideas
Hardskills
- Completed commercial training or completed studies in the field of HR
- Initial practical experience in HR is an advantage, but not a must
- Confident handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
Softskills
- A keen interest in HR topics and enjoy working with people
- A structured, careful and independent way of working
- Very good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Openness to new challenges and a willingness to familiarize yourself with a wide range of tasks
