Overview
As an intern in our Legal & Compliance department, you will gain exciting insights into regulatory processes and actively support areas such as whistleblowing, risk assessment, contract management and data protection. You will assist in analyzing legal issues, implementing compliance measures and ensuring adherence to internal and external regulations. The duration of the internship will be 6 months. Responsibilities

Supporting the Legal & Compliance team in monitoring and implementing compliance policies and processes

Conducting research and preparing information on legal and regulatory requirements

Assisting with internal audits and other reviews

Organizing, conducting (if applicable) and following-up on training sessions

Providing administrative support for compliance-related projects

Assisting with data protection enquiries

Organizing and executing of compliance communication initiatives (creating training sessions and videos, “Do's & Don'ts” guidelines, newsletters, flyers, posters, etc.)

Supporting the introduction of the revised “Speak-up Channel”
Hardskills
- Knowledge of business law, compliance regulations & data protection law
- Understanding of compliance management systems, risk assessment & whistleblowing processes
- Interest in contract management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- IT affinity
- Very good German and/or English language skills

- Diligence & discretion when handling sensitive information
- Attention to detail & structured working approach
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
