The European sales team with 7 members is looking for additional support from a technically very experienced Sales Manager with several years of experience in international sales. In this position, you will sell complex, mostly customised isolator solutions to our customers in the pharmaceutical industry. After extensive introduction into our company, you will be responsible for the sales of isolator projects for the assigned sales region (this region will be determined in coordination with the manager and the team and should reflect your linguistic and personal preferences). You will regularly meet your future customers at trade fairs and conferences, where you will also be able to hold presentations. The motivated and highly committed team is looking forward to working with you and likes to celebrate their projects together over a drink.





  • Responsibility for incoming orders in the assigned sales region within Europe
  • Customer acquisition and support 
  • Preparation of quotations and calculations with the help of sales templates 
  • Contract review and handover to executing departments
  • Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions
  • Travel activity of approx. 30-50





  • Completed engineering studies (mechanical engineering, process engineering, ventilation technology, or similar) is a prerequisite
  • Good technical understanding
  • Sales experience in plant construction for the pharmaceutical industry (GMP) is highly advantageous
  • Very good German and English skills are ideal
