Overview
We are looking for an experienced Workplace Engineer to join our ICT Engineering & Operations team. The diverse and competent team is already looking forward to your support.
Responsibilities
- Design, implementation and management of Citrix environments (Virtual Apps & Desktops)
- Support and further development of software distribution with Ivanti DSM
- Administration and optimization of the Microsoft Intune environment for endpoint management
- Ensuring a stable and high-performance workstation infrastructure
- Automation and standardization of deployment and configuration processes
- Troubleshooting and 2nd/3rd level support in the area of endpoint management
- Carrying out migrations and updates for workplace services
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation and training users and IT colleagues
- Evaluating new technologies to continuously improve workplace solutions
Hardskills
- Sound knowledge in the administration and configuration of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops
- Experience with software distribution via Ivanti DSM
- Experience with Powershell scripting
- Experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server) and their administration and protection
- Experience with Active Directory, group policies (GPOs) and Entra ID
- Experience with M365 and Microsoft Intune
- Basic understanding of network architectures, VPN and security concepts
