Overview
We are looking for an experienced ICT Network & Security Engineer to join our ICT Engineering & Operations team. The diverse and competent team is already looking forward to your support.
Responsibilities
- Planning, implementation and management of network infrastructures and security solutions
- Administration, monitoring and optimization of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS and other security components
- Analyzing and resolving network and security incidents
- Ensuring the availability, performance and security of the network infrastructure
- Advising and supporting internal teams on IT security issues
- Documenting the network infrastructure and security guidelines
- Collaboration with external service providers and partners
- Evaluating new technologies and security solutions
Hardskills
- Completed studies in computer science, information security or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the field of network and IT security
- Experience with firewalls, VPN technologies, intrusion detection/prevention systems
- Sound knowledge of network protocols
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE or comparable qualifications are desirable
- Very good knowledge of German and English
