Overview

 

We are looking for an experienced ICT Network & Security Engineer to join our ICT Engineering & Operations team. The diverse and competent team is already looking forward to your support.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Planning, implementation and management of network infrastructures and security solutions
  • Administration, monitoring and optimization of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS and other security components
  • Analyzing and resolving network and security incidents
  • Ensuring the availability, performance and security of the network infrastructure
  • Advising and supporting internal teams on IT security issues
  • Documenting the network infrastructure and security guidelines
  • Collaboration with external service providers and partners
  • Evaluating new technologies and security solutions

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Completed studies in computer science, information security or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in the field of network and IT security
  • Experience with firewalls, VPN technologies, intrusion detection/prevention systems
  • Sound knowledge of network protocols
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE or comparable qualifications are desirable  
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
