Overview
In this key position, you will take over the management of a central area of the Life Cycle Support division (our service business) and actively shape the further development of the division—with the clear goal of sustainably advancing our growth ambitions. You will be responsible for customer service, sales, and internal sales/project planning, which are currently managed by two department heads. For this position, we are looking for an inspiring personality with drive and a focus on leadership.
Responsabilities
- Leading the organization's global strategic direction and collaboration across all SKAN locations
- Developing and implementing processes, tools, and technologies in your area of responsibility to maximize customer value
- Improving and harmonizing processes and promoting standardization
- Managing interfaces, stakeholders, and partnerships, both internally and externally
- Leading, implementing, and prioritizing projects and programs
- Leading, inspiring, coaching, and developing teams
Hardskills
- University degree in engineering or business administration
- Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in sales management
- Experience in managing teams and team leaders in an international environment
- Professional experience in industry, manufacturing, technology, and/or the medtech sector
- Willingness to travel worldwide at least 20% of the time
- Business fluent in German and English; another foreign language is an advantage
