Overview

 

For our Pure Solutions division, we are seeking for an unifying leader with entrepreneurial vision. Pure Solutions comprises the national business for laboratory workbenches and other products, as well as the national service business for these systems within Switzerland.

The divisional head reports directly to Group Executive Board and manages four senior managers. The division consists of almost 50 employees and includes Sales & Marketing, Internal Sales, Service and Coordination departments.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Management and P&L responsibility for the division
  • Active involvement in shaping the division’s strategy and future direction
  • Resource and budget planning for the division
  • Further development of the division through new ideas and the fostering of an ‘out-of-the-box’ culture
  • Close, cross-departmental collaboration with internal and external stakeholders 

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Ideally a university degree (Master’s or at least a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent)
  • Several years’ experience in the Swiss laboratory, pharmaceutical or medtech market (primarily within the life sciences sector) with a relevant professional network
  • Strong leadership skills; ideally with first leadership experience or a willingness to take the next step in a leadership role
  • Further education in business management, sales, marketing or business development
  • Fluency in German and English
