Overview

 

We are looking for a dynamic leader to head the Process Development team, who enjoys supporting the highly skilled and motivated team. The team develops new processes and products in the field of aseptic production. We build and test prototypes in our laboratory prior to market launch. We work closely with the internal specialised departments to jointly develop the best product for our customers. The team has SME (Subject Matter Experts) and is responsible for carrying out the defined tests. If you are curious to learn more about the position - apply directly to us!

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Leading a team of eight process engineers and several interns
  • Organising and planning the development processes and the corresponding validation tests
  • Interface between the development team and other specialist departments
  • Responsibility for adherence to budget, upcoming deadlines, quality, fulfilment of product requirements and adherence to milestones
  • Scheduling and resource planning and project reporting for development orders

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • First Leadership experience is an advantage, especially in leading interdisciplinary teams
  • Work experience in a pharmaceutical environment (e.g. in aseptic pharmaceutical production) is a great advantage
  • University degree in engineering is a must
  • Business fluent in German and English is required
