Overview

 

We are looking for an experienced and committed leader for our company. In this central role, you will be jointly responsible for the overall planning and optimisation of the assembly and labelling areas. You will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of your team (approx. 7 employees), promote the further development of processes and ensure the smooth completion of all projects. Your focus will be on establishing and developing the AVOR department, as well as standardising and optimising work cycles. The aim is to establish a sustainably structured planning culture that ensures efficiency and quality in assembly in the long term. You will promote an open communication culture and work closely with relevant interfaces to further increase the efficiency and quality of our assembly processes.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Overall responsibility for planning the assembly halls and optimising the allocation of resources
  • Creation and continuous improvement of detailed and rough planning for assembly staff (approx. 50 employees)
  • Coordination of resource requirements with SKAN subsidiaries
  • Close cross-departmental collaboration with internal departments such as Project Management, Purchasing and Logistics
  • Comprehensive project monitoring to identify optimisation potential
  • Development and implementation of long-term strategies to optimise the labelling department
  • Budget planning and resource allocation for assembly and labelling areas
  • Responsibility for compliance with and further development of quality guidelines and processing standards
  • Monitoring capacity utilisation in the assembly, electrical and labelling departments
  • Support in the development of pre-assembly, lean processes and standardised assembly systems
  • Preparation of quality statistics and collaboration on lean projects in the assembly area
  • Support for quality control and complaints management

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Completed basic technical training with further training in a higher technical examination
  • At least 5 years of management experience
  • Proven AVOR experience in a production company
  • Sound knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
  • Experience in dealing with lean methods, KvP and KPIs
  • Knowledge of Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP)
