Overview

 

We are looking for an experienced department Head for our Mechanical Assembly Team. The team is responsible for the internal assembly and external installation of our isolators for customers worldwide. Your task will be to ensure efficient, high-quality, cost-effective and timely processing. 
Regular coordination and meetings are important to us in order to drive the continuous development and improvement of our internal processes. We attach great importance to innovation and optimization in order to meet the high demands of our customers and further expand our market position.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Management of the team of assembly leaders (approx. 15 employees) 
  • Resource and budget planning
  • Realizing the internal assembly and external installation of our isolators for customers worldwide
  • Ensuring efficient, high-quality, cost-effective and timely project execution
  • Continuous further development and improvement of internal processes 
  • Personal and professional development of employees
  • Close exchange and cross-departmental collaboration with stakeholders 
  • Contributing to the strategy and future planning of the division
  • Responsible for the safety of employees

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Completed basic technical training with further training as an industrial foreman or technician 
  • Several years of professional and management experience in an industrial environment 
  • Management with key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Experience with lean management
  • Business fluent in German and English
