Overview

 

We are looking for an experienced HR and Payroll Specialist with a focus on operational activities (m/f/d) to join our HR team. In this role, you will take on operational and administrative tasks, participate in exciting HR projects and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR processes. Responsibilities

 

 

  • HR administration: maintaining entries, changes and departures in the HR system; creating employment contracts, contract amendments and references. 
  • Payroll support: Support in the preparation and execution of monthly payroll runs.
  • Social security issues: Support in processing social security issues and communication with authorities and external service providers
  • Annual financial statements: Support in the preparation and review of HR-relevant data for the annual financial statements
  • Process optimization: analysis and continuous improvement of existing HR administration processes to increase efficiency and quality
  • HR projects: Collaboration on HR Operations projects, such as digitalization initiatives and the introduction of new tools

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Completed HR specialist certificate or HR assistant/clerk with several years of professional experience or comparable qualification

  • Several years of experience in payroll accounting and personnel administration in Switzerland

  • Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with SAP

  • A structured and detail-oriented way of working, combined with a high level of initiative

  • Very good knowledge of German and English is a prerequisite
