Overview

 

As a recruiter at SKAN AG, you play a central role in the company's activities. You are responsible for recruitment in various specialist areas and ensure that suitable employees are recruited both professionally and personally. You will also ensure a first-class candidate experience and actively promote employer branding. With your commitment, you will continuously optimize structures and processes in order to sustainably support the company's growth.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Responsibility for the entire recruitment process in close cooperation with the line managers

  • Publication of job advertisements, checking and selecting applications and conducting recruitment interviews

  • Develop concepts and strategies in recruitment and develop the area further 

  • You ensure an excellent candidate experience

  • Active promotion of employer branding and participation in events

  • You work together with various external partners

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Completed training with further training in recruitment, employer branding, etc. or a federal HR certificate
  • Solid experience in recruitment, ideally for technical profiles and various levels
  • At least 3 years of experience in comparable functions
  • Business fluent in German and English
