Overview

 

We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our HR team . In this role, you will take on operational and administrative tasks, participate in exciting HR projects, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR processes. If you are spontaneous, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we look forward to receiving your application.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Employee Support: Act as the main contact for employees regarding general HR-related inquiries
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee entries, changes, and exits in the HR system; draft employment contracts, contract amendments, and references
  • Social Security Topics: Support the handling of social security-related questions and maintain communication with authorities and external service providers
  • Year-End Closures: Assist with the preparation and review of HR-related data for year-end financial statements
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and continuously improve existing HR administration processes to enhance efficiency and quality
  • HR Projects: Participate in HR Operations projects, such as digitalization initiatives and the implementation of new tools

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • Certified HR Specialist (or equivalent qualification)
  • Professional experience in a comparable HR role
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and experienced with SAP
  • A structured and detail-oriented approach to work, combined with a high level of initiative

  • Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work
  • High level of initiative and a proactive mindset to handle diverse tasks independently
