Overview

 

We are launching a strategic project to set up automated customer project processing from sales to engineering and production. At the same time, we want to harmonise our PLM and ERP system landscape across all sites. We are looking for an experienced project manager to set up the PLM system, who will define and implement the processes and tools with all the necessary stakeholders.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Management of a project to set up a modern PLM landscape for automated project processing
  • Coordinating interfaces and clarifying requirements between departments and projects
  • Ensuring compliance with project goals, costs, quality and deadlines
  • Project reporting to group management
  • Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
  • Stakeholder management, change management, setting up the project organisation and avoiding scope creep
  • Methodological specifications and support for process owners in defining processes and creating specifications for software integration into the system landscape

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Many years of experience as (overall) project manager or programme manager
  • Experience in setting up PLM systems
  • Very good E2E process experience in mechanical or plant engineering in larger companies
  • Business fluent German and English language skills are required
  • Willingness to travel approx. 20%

  • Understanding complex issues and translating them into easily understandable tasks
  • Solution-orientated way of working (pragmatism)
  • High level of personal responsibility & assertiveness
  • Ability to persuade in a global environment with changing processes and areas of responsibility
