Overview
For our industrialization branch, we are looking for a goal-oriented leader to head our established management team in the areas of automation, project management and design engineering. Together with a highly skilled team, you will establish innovative and new products in the field of aseptic production. As an inspiring role model, you will lead with passion and play a key role in shaping the future of the SKAN Group.
Responsibilities

Strategic management of the business unit; responsibility for industrialization, the development and implementation of a future-oriented strategy and the continuous further development of the division

Leading and developing the management team through coaching, mentoring and targeted skills development

Ensuring efficient collaboration and promoting a goal-oriented culture

Lean management (including standardization, increasing efficiency) and driving forward industrialization

Coordinating all activities relating to the successful introduction of new products and solutions

Responsibility for achieving the business unit's economic targets
Hardskills
-
Several years of management experience, especially in the management of interdisciplinary teams

University or university of applied sciences degree in engineering with additional business qualifications

Experience in the pharmaceutical environment or medical technology is an advantage

Business fluent in German and English
