Overview

 

We are looking for an experienced Development Project Manager to lead development projects in our 8-person Product Development Team. The Product Development Team develops new isolator product families, innovative devices and assemblies, new processes and software applications in the field of isolator applications for drug production. We build and test prototypes in our laboratory prior to market launch. We work closely with product management and internal specialist departments to jointly create the best product for our customers.  

 

 

Responsibilities

 

 

  • Independent management of development projects during all phases from the feasibility study to the market launch, taking into account the customer's perspective
  • Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality, fulfilment of product requirements and adherence to milestones
  • Schedule and resource planning and project reporting for development orders
  • Development and industrialisation of insulators, systems, devices, processes and product families 
  • Preparation of development documents, patent clarifications and implementation of regulatory requirements

 

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Several years of experience in product development
  • Experience / further training in project management and in leading interdisciplinary project teams
  • University / university of applied sciences degree in engineering, 
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical environment or medical technology is an advantage 
  • Business fluent in German and English
