Customer Service Specialist, fixed-term, 9-month contract

Overview

 

Our Pure Solutions division is the market leader in Switzerland for laboratory workspace solutions and clean air services. To strengthen our four-person Customer Service team, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist (Inside Sales). This is a fixed-term maternity/leave replacement position with a planned start date of October 1, 2026, or November 1, 2026, for a duration of nine months. As the central point of contact within the department, you will play a key role in ensuring outstanding customer service through professional order management and close collaboration with internal teams. Responsibilities

 

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare quotations, process customer orders, and manage invoicing
  • Coordinate communication between customers, the Service Department, and Product Management (Particle Counters)
  • Prepare and administer service agreements
  • Review service technicians' reports and process related invoices

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Commercial/business training or equivalent education with solid technical understanding
  • Several years of experience in customer order processing or order management
  • Strong SAP experience, particularly with the Service module (service orders, customer orders, contracts, and billing/DP90)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Fluent German and good English language skills, French is an asset
