Overview
The SKAN Laboratory specializes in the manufacturing and testing of bioindicators and is an important partner for questions related to microbiological qualification procedures. As part of our 6-person production team in the laboratory, you will work closely with your colleagues to reliably manufacture our globally recognized bioindicators.
This role combines technical customer support with the continuous development of internal processes. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a structured manner, taking responsibility, and optimizing workflows while acting as an interface between customers and internal specialist departments. Responsibilities
Customer Support & Customer Success
• First point of contact for customers regarding the SKANLAB product portfolio
• Provide technical advice on biological indicators and the services offered
• Coordinate customer onboarding, including all required documentation
• Handle technical customer inquiries and complaints
• Support the continuous improvement of the customer experience based on customer feedback
Order Management & Operations
• Process and coordinate customer orders
• Coordinate with Production and QC regarding production planning and product releases
• Plan batch allocation for customer orders
• Ensure efficient workflows throughout the order-to-delivery process
Process Development
• Optimize and modernize planning and ordering processes
• Establish a knowledge base and further develop digital customer services
• Participate in cross-functional optimization and change projects
Business Excellence & Customer Operations
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends
• Establish a key account management function
• Provide technical support to international sales partners
• Support customer acquisition to further expand market penetration
Hardskills
- Completed scientific education at the tertiary level with at least two years of professional experience, or solid professional experience working with isolator technologies
- Business administration training or demonstrable practical experience in process management, operations, or customer excellence
- Experience in customer operations, order management, and/or customer success
- Excellent German and English language skills. French is an advantage.

- Excellent organizational and coordination skills with the ability to prioritize effectively, even during periods of high workload
