Overview

 

For the further expansion of our qualification team, we are looking for an experienced person with knowledge in the qualification of equipment in the GMP pharmaceutical environment. In this role, you will be responsible, among other things, for carrying out qualification activities for our process equipment. You will also be in charge of supporting and coordinating FAT, IQ and OQ as well as creating the necessary qualification documentation.  

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Independent performance of GMP-compliant installation and functional qualifications on SKAN products (e.g. filling line isolators, test devices) internally and externally incl. documentation & preparation of test reports

  • Carrying out various tests incl. protocols   

  • Supporting automation engineering during commissioning

  • Carrying out user and maintenance staff training and training new employees

  • Carrying out and evaluating process verification tests (e.g. long-term tests, etc.)

  • Participation in international development projects and operational quality assurance

  • International travel between 10-40% 

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Engineer or technician specializing in mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation technology, systems engineering or similar 
  • Experience in the qualification of systems and GMP-compliant documentation
  • Confident working with electrical, pneumatic and P&I diagrams
  • Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and manual dexterity
  • Good written and spoken English, knowledge of German is an advantage
