Commercial Employee SAP quotations 100% (Limited for 6 months)

Overview

Are you proficient in the SD module in SAP and familiar with transactions VA21 and VA22? Then we are looking for you to join our Customer Service Relations team with immediate effect for a temporary period of 6 months. In this role, you will support us in the efficient creation of quotations in the SAP module SD (Sales & Distribution) and coordinate them in advance with the Dispatching team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support with SAP quotations for our service assignments

  • Processing of maintenance lists

  • Appointment maintenance and coordination with dispatching

  • Maintenance of the appointment in the CRM system

     

Hardskills

  • Commercial training with relevant professional experience
  • Very good knowledge of the SAP-SD module is essential
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Very good knowledge of German and English

  • Precise and careful way of working
