Overview

 

As a management support unit within Automation, this position is characterized by close cooperation with, for example, customers during the offer and concept phase, Sales Engineering during URS processing, Automation Standards during the further development of state of the art and future concepts and the operational Automation teams during the implementation of the OT / cyber security strategy.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Recording / clarification of customer Automation requirements 
  • Layout and design of the necessary OT infrastructure (servers, networks)
  • Definition of the OT / cyber security strategy and roadmap creation
  • Represents, trains and presents OT and cyber security solutions internally and externally
  • Support with cost estimation in the area of OT / cyber security
  • Creation of concepts and support with implementation
  • Management of OT licenses in the area of automation
  • Collaboration in the standardization of templates and processes

 

 

Hardskills

 

  • Technical vocational training and diploma HF/FH (e.g. IT, Automation, Electrical Engineering)
  • Sound experience in OT / cyber security (operating systems, virtual machines, networks, client/server and Automation systems)
  • Preferably experience in project management in the life science or chemical sector with knowledge of GxP, CSV etc.
  • Experience with agile methods (SCRUM, KANBAN)
  • Business fluent in English; German is an advantage
  • Further IT training: CCNA/CCNP desirable
