Apprenticeship in 2025: Automation EFZ

SKAN, founded in 1968, is one of the pioneer companies in the field of cleanroom equipment and isolator design for the global pharmaceutical industry. Innovative products, customer-specific solu-tions and an efficient service organisation have led SKAN to become a global market leader and im-portant partner for industry and research laboratories.

The apprenticeships at SKAN are aimed at people who would like to complete a dual training program and serve as an entry into the professional world. In the three to four year apprenticeship period, the apprentices pass through different departments and areas and thus get an overview of the entire company. The exchange and cooperation between apprentices from different professions is strongly encouraged. For example, the apprentices organize occasions and events, work together as a project team and thus learn a high level of social and professional competence.
