Business Application Consultant

Responsibilities

 

  • Further development and operation of various business applications as a supplement to SAP Core: 
    e.g.: Orbit.Online, PLM & DMS (Pro.File), CPQ (Orisa Crealis), SPS/PLC version management (AUVESY versiondog), Export & Freight Compliance (AEB)
  • Management of external partners in support and project work
  • Taking over support activities and change management
  • (Partial) project management in innovation projects, rollouts and introduction of further systems
  • Conduct basic and advanced training for our employees 

 

Hardskills

 

  • University degree in computer science, business informatics or similar or a education with corresponding in-depth further training in the field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of application engineering
  • Very good knowledge in at least one of the following areas: .NET4.x, C#, VB.NET, MS SQL, Entity Framework, XML, LINQ, VS 2017
  • Knowledge of PLM (e.g. Pro.File) and CAD (SolidWorks, Vers. 2019 or higher) is an advantage
  • Office 2010 VBA, as well as SAP knowledge (SAP Standard Connectors) are also advantageous.
  • Fluent in german and english
