Responsibilities

  • Further development and operation of SAP C4C and Salesforce
  • Integration of these systems with SAP ERP
  • Further development of the SAP CS and SD modules
  • Process and innovation consulting for the international business
  • (Partial) project management in innovation projects, rollouts and introduction of further systems
  • Taking over support activities and change management of the respective applications
  • Conducting basic and advanced training for our employees
  • Management and control of external partners in support and project work
  • SAP CPI knowledge is an advantage

 

 

Hardskills

  • University degree in the field of computer science / business informatics or a similar education
  • Many years of experience in customizing SAP C4C, CS and Salesforce area
  • Experience in SAP CPI
  • Certification for the applications is an advantage
  • Knowledge in other SAP modules and / or conversion systems of advantage
  • Fluent in German and English
